How Long Will Bankruptcy Stay On My Credit Bureau Record?

It will be on your credit report for ten years from the date of discharge order. If you are in a Chapter 13, then you can expect that the bankruptcy will be listed between 13 and 15 years since a Chapter 13 "repayment plan" will run three to five years.
